Dinner Buddy is a private household dinner-planning text message service operated by Daniel Pesavento (“we”, “us”). It is used by exactly two people who have each personally opted in: Daniel Pesavento and his partner, Calie. The service is not offered to the general public.
We use this information only to provide the Dinner Buddy service: planning dinners, sharing recipes, building grocery or food-delivery carts for approval, and answering questions about cooking. We do not use it for advertising, marketing, or any other purpose.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Message delivery is carried out through our messaging provider (Twilio) and wireless carriers, which process messages only to transmit them. Information is not sold or rented.
We keep message records only as long as needed to run the service and take reasonable steps to protect them. Either user may ask us to delete their information at any time by emailing the address below.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies, about daily. Message and data rates may apply. See our Terms and Conditions.
