Dinner Buddy is a private household dinner-planning text service operated by Daniel Pesavento (sole proprietor, The Audio Team, theaudioteam.com). Messages are sent from +1 910-996-3982 only to two people: Daniel Pesavento and his partner, Calie. They are sent to plan the household's daily dinner: meal ideas, recipes, cooking help, and grocery or food-delivery order summaries that the recipients approve before anything is ordered. The service is not offered to the public and sends no marketing or promotional content.
Each of the two recipients opts in separately and personally. After reading the consent text below, the person sends the text message START from their own mobile phone to +1 910-996-3982. Dinner Buddy sends messages only to a phone number that has sent START itself. No one is added by someone else, and no phone number is collected or sold.
After a person texts START, Dinner Buddy replies: “Dinner Buddy: You're subscribed to dinner planning texts from Daniel Pesavento, about daily. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages; reply START to resubscribe. The date and time of each person's START text is kept in the Twilio message log as the record of consent.
